Transmitting Energy

What a difference a day makes.  When you are feeling good life is filled with joy and love. And this means you expand in consciousness. You have more  creative ideas. You feel like you have the world by the tail, like you can do anything you dream up. In contrast, when you are feeling bad, life seems like someone just ran over you with a semi truck and flatted you down to the bone.

When we feel like a winner, we act like a winner, with arms raised in victory. When we feel like we are losers, we tend to hang our heads low, and creep through life, forgetting how gifted we are. Our energy shows up in our body posture. Our body energy communicates our inner state of mind.

I was watching Andre Rieu last night playing the same old songs but in an innovative way. Through his creativity in costuming and gesture, he makes everybody look at him, his musicians, his singers and his dancers, with happiness. Though they play the same old songs, Andre presents the songs in a new way. Rieu literally bounces with joy and happiness. In turn, his audiences tend to sing and move in their seats. They enjoy the concert more. He transmits the joy of playing music.

What is this difference that joy in living makes? Is it the energy that we bring? When we tap into Higher Energy, we can feel like winners, whether we have good news or not so good news in our day. We can turn our day around, by remembering who we really are and how we want to act. By feeling good about ourselves and transmitting our good energy into the larger world.

How can we transmit good energy today?

About LoveHeals

Some people say I make them laugh. Some people say I inspire them. I'm hoping to connect some of the things I've learned along life's road with some of the people who could use a dose of humor and inspiration.
