The Music of God

A modern-day Psalm

I had a vision of God as a great composer. As I am writing this, I am thinking of all the beauty that God has created. I am imaging God as the great conductor, our part is simply to align ourselves with that Higher Energy and to watch as the music flows out of us, in the divine and perfect harmony.

To God, the great Composer, creator of all radiance and wonder, all soaring notes and high harmony, open us powerfully to the exquisite sounds of our own soul. Fill our bodies with your holy breath that we may play the songs of our heart’s highest calling and play it out beautifully into the world.

Let each of the notes we choose reflect the beauty of our unique experience. Surround us with spiritual vision to play and share the music of our souls so that people in the world may hear, and they too might rise up in love. Let our music be so inspiring that and we all rise up in to live in a world beyond war, beyond strife, beyond struggle.

Let our music be so intuitive, the harmony of our grace notes, our rests, and our rhythms blending with the songs of the universe, calling forth indescribable peace. For you are the Concertmaster, the conductor, and the co-creator of the joy in our songs.  We are your greatest symphony players, as our music rises up to heal and bless this world.

We each have a part to play. Let the music play, on and on. Let us each of us play higher and better than we ever have before. And may our audience be a world which works for all, beginning to evolve into the dawning of a new day.

About LoveHeals

Some people say I make them laugh. Some people say I inspire them. I'm hoping to connect some of the things I've learned along life's road with some of the people who could use a dose of humor and inspiration.
