Tiny Seeds of Dreams

What a Little Seed Can Do

From tiny sprouts, great things grow.  I meet so many people with great ideas, really revolutionary thoughts and interesting concepts for making the world more gentle, kinder, more compassionate.  The trouble is so many of these ideas slip away before they can ever bear fruit.  To plant a seed is to give a gift to the world, to set something new in motion.  And you never know how big it can grow.

I used to think a dream had to be planned and executed in its fullness, all by myself.  Naturally, the burden of those thoughts made the ‘great idea’ seem too heavy to ever get started.  The playful, whimsical author, SARK has a brilliant concept called micro-movements that has been helpful to me.  Micro-movements are teeny, tiny steps towards realizing the dreams in your head.  One small thing can lead to another. Unexpected people step forward to help.  Resources appear.  Places become available.  New skills are created.

A great example is a fabulous new online spiritual community called Feminine Power.  This community began just a few months ago with two women and one idea – connecting great women thinkers with other like-minded women.  The concept went viral and caught on faster than a California wildfire.  But this is bigger. It is global.  Global community.  Global connections.  Now women all around the world can tune in to inspirational speakers through podcasts, 24/7, in the comfort of their pajamas and in their own homes.  Feminine Power is connecting more than 40,000 women each week.  Think about what that inspirational force can do.

What dream are you dreaming and how can you begin?   Plant the seed.  So many things are possible once you begin.

Happy planting…

About LoveHeals

Some people say I make them laugh. Some people say I inspire them. I'm hoping to connect some of the things I've learned along life's road with some of the people who could use a dose of humor and inspiration.
